Jackie Lancaster has provided business development leadership for companies in the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Federal Civilian market space for more than three decades. Her business winning approach focuses on the creation and effective communication of distinct value propositions that enable Government buyers to see how their experience and results will be improved through selection of a specific offer. She founded RightNow Consultants in 2015 to create a new kind of BD and proposal consulting firm that unites independent experts with a singular focus – increasing a company’s ability to win in the hyper-competitive Federal contracting market.
By delivering business winning capability ranging from BD strategy to individual bid creation, she assembles expertise tailored to meet the goals of diverse clients. Under her leadership, RightNow has helped clients win more than $1.5 billion in contracts in the last two years. Her start-up of RightNow leverages expertise built in BD executive positions at ASI Government, BAE Systems, and ManTech where she applied this approach in leading bids that secured more than $20 billion in competitive contract wins.
Lead Consultant
Cody Parrish is a proposal expert who develops differentiated, customer-focused technical and management solution concepts for RightNow clients. Since joining the RightNow network in 2015, he has served in the roles of Solution Architect, Technical Writer, and Proposal Manager, delivering more than $1 billion in contract wins.
Previously, he held positions spanning the business development lifecycle at ASI Government, Unisys, and L-3 National Security Solutions, where he led bids primarily in in the areas of IT, SETA, PM, and acquisition support. As an ITIL v3 Foundations- and Intermediate-certified (Service Strategy, CSI) solution developer, Cody thrives in the high-pressure, fast-paced proposal development
process and enjoys working side-by-side with clients to transform their key capabilities, experience, and customer insight into approaches that win. Cody holds a B.A. in English from James Madison University and is an expert in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
